1. Card Payments (Whop)
First-time subscribers who pay by card through Whop may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, provided the account has not made extensive use of live signals or the risk framework materials. To request a refund, email support@kaizenkyotocapital.com or use your Whop account's order history. Approved refunds are issued back to the original card and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Renewal charges (second billing cycle onward) are not covered by this 14-day window. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Whop account before the next billing date to avoid being charged again.
2. Crypto Payments (NOWPayments)
Payments made in cryptocurrency are processed on public blockchains and are final and non-refundable once confirmed, due to the irreversible nature of on-chain transactions. This is a technical limitation of cryptocurrency, not a Kaizen Kyoto Capital policy choice.
Exceptions are made only for verified billing errors on our end (e.g. duplicate invoice, incorrect amount charged), which we will investigate and remedy — typically by crediting the equivalent value toward your next billing period, or a manual crypto refund to the sending wallet at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@kaizenkyotocapital.com with your account email, package name, and payment date.
- We confirm eligibility (see sections 1–2 above) within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment provider.
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not, by itself, refund past charges. Manage cancellation from Dashboard → Subscription. See our Return Policy for details on ending access to the Service.
