1. Digital-Only Product

Kaizen Kyoto Capital sells software subscriptions — dashboard access, trading system signals, performance reports, and educational risk materials. Nothing is physically manufactured or shipped. There is no shipping address, carrier, or delivery fee involved in any purchase.

2. How Access Is Delivered

• Card payments (Whop): access is activated automatically and instantly once your payment is confirmed by Whop's webhook, usually within seconds of completing checkout.
• Crypto payments (NOWPayments): access is activated once your transaction receives sufficient blockchain confirmations. Depending on the network and congestion, this can take anywhere from a few minutes up to roughly an hour.

In both cases, you'll receive a confirmation email and can check your access status any time from your dashboard.

3. Availability

The Service is available online worldwide, subject to your local laws regarding cryptocurrency trading research and financial software. You are responsible for ensuring use of the Service is permitted in your jurisdiction.

4. Delivery Issues

If you completed payment but do not see access reflected in your dashboard within the timeframes above, email support@kaizenkyotocapital.com with your payment confirmation, and we will investigate and manually activate your account if needed.
