1. No Physical Returns

Kaizen Kyoto Capital is a digital subscription service operated by the legal entity identified above — there are no physical products to return. "Returning" a purchase means ending your subscription access, which is handled through cancellation rather than a shipped return.

2. How to Cancel Access

• Whop (card) subscribers: manage or cancel your subscription from the "Manage on Whop" link in Dashboard → Subscription. Access continues until the end of your current paid period.
• NOWPayments (crypto) subscribers: crypto subscriptions don't auto-renew from a wallet — use "Cancel renewal reminders" in Dashboard → Subscription to stop future renewal emails at any time. Access continues until your current paid period ends.

3. Monetary Refunds

Cancelling stops future access/renewal but does not automatically refund past charges. If you believe you're eligible for money back on a recent charge, see our Refund Policy.
